Just when I thought I was creeping into #bodygoals territory, Teyana came and reminded me that I wasn't sh*t.
The picture perfect example of "slim thick" AND all natural! I commend Teyana for reminding us how bodies can transform when we stay active.
Hopefully this is a blunt start to discrediting all the waist training, detox tea, and plastic surgery posed as "natural" that floods our social media timelines. Instead, we should be reminded and confident in the tried and true method of simply moving our bodies. Let's take this as some added motivation to keep lifting weights, challenging our bodies, and eating right. So one day we can have abs and ass like Teyana.
I tried looking up Teyana's workout regiment, because... duh, and all I found is that she dances. Man, we can tell girl!
