Nearly done with the first month of the New Year, and many of us are already going hard for our 2017 goals. We are eating well, exercising, working towards ambitious goals like completing our first marathon, or even smaller steps like cutting red meat. We are optimistic and looking forward to who we can become with just a little patience and diligence.
